Shipping, delivery & returns
Each producer ships their own cloth. Here is what to expect, and what protects you if something goes wrong.
Lead times and minimum orders
Fabrics are made or finished by hand, so each listing states its own lead time and minimum order in metres. Check both before you order; they are set by the producer.
Tracking your order
After checkout you receive an order confirmation. The order page shows its status and tracking information once the producer has shipped.
Delivery confirmation and escrow
Your payment stays in escrow until you confirm delivery. If you do not respond, the funds are released automatically 30 days after shipment, so please confirm or open a dispute before then.
Not as described? Open a dispute
- Open the dispute from your order page and attach photos of the cloth you received.
- Our team reviews evidence from you and from the producer.
- Escrowed funds may be held while the case is reviewed.
- If the dispute is upheld, you may receive a partial or full refund.
