This Producer Agreement applies to any account verified as a Producer on Textiles of Africa and supplements the general Terms of Service.
Storefront and listing features are enabled only after your KYC submission (business registration, owner identification, bank details, tax ID) is reviewed and approved by our team. We may request additional documentation or reject an application at our discretion.
You are responsible for fulfilling orders within the lead time stated on your listing, or promptly communicating delays to the buyer and to our support team. Repeated unfulfilled orders may result in listing suspension.
Buyer payments are held in escrow and released to you once delivery is confirmed, or automatically after 30 days from shipment, whichever comes first. Platform fees are deducted before payout — see your dashboard for current fee rates.
If a buyer disputes an order, our support team will review evidence from both parties. We may withhold escrowed funds pending resolution, and may issue a partial or full refund to the buyer where the dispute is upheld.
Your public reputation score and badge tier are calculated from verified review activity. Falsifying reviews or manipulating your score is grounds for account termination.
We may suspend or revoke Producer status for violation of listing standards, repeated fulfillment failures, or fraudulent activity. You may close your Producer account at any time; outstanding orders will be honored per standard escrow terms.
